What this means
Shield already blocks and quarantines real danger automatically. "Needs attention" isn't an emergency; it just means a device could use a quick check, such as running a scan, turning on a feature, or confirming something Shield caught.
Steps
- From Overview or Devices in your dashboard, find the device marked Needs attention.
- Click the device to see what's going on, then follow the suggested action, like running a scan or turning on a feature.
What to expect
Once you've taken care of it, the badge changes to "Protected" and the device drops off your attention list.
