You're always in charge of a Remote Help session, and you can end it whenever you want.
Steps
- While a session is active, find the session indicator bar on your screen.
- Click Disconnect.
That's it. The connection ends immediately, and your family member is disconnected right away.
What to expect
Once you've disconnected, your Guardian can't see or connect to your device again until you approve a new request.
