You can cancel anytime, and your protection stays active until your current billing period ends.
What this means
Plans renew automatically every year unless you cancel. Canceling turns off that automatic renewal; it doesn't stop your protection right away, since you've already paid for the time remaining in your current term.
Steps
- Go to Subscription in your dashboard.
- Click Manage.
- In the billing portal, click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm by clicking Cancel subscription again on the confirmation screen.
What to expect
Your protection keeps running for the rest of your current term. Once that term ends, your subscription becomes inactive and you're free to subscribe to any plan again, including a smaller one.
Changing your mind
You can resubscribe anytime before or after your term ends. If you resubscribe before it ends, your existing protection just continues uninterrupted.
